I purchased Total AV for $29 because I did not discover a way to get it free. After I had downloaded it I discovered that my purchase was scheduled for automatic annual renewal, which I had not asked for. I could not find a way of cancelling this on the website, so I sent a request to remove my credit card number. The response was a warning that I would lose the benefits of Total AV. I replied asking for the auto renewal to be cancelled. My subscription was terminated at that point, but my purchase price of $29 was not.

I never subscribed to TotalAV yet, they charged my debit card $99.95 for one year!! I cannot reach anyone and want them to credit my account. I don't know how they got the number on my debit card. I live below the poverty level and could never afford a subscription for $99.95. I will keep trying to reach them and if there are new developments, I will let you know here. Monique Lacroix, CANADA. Total AV cleans up my files, checks for viruses, and malware, and flags me when something is not quite right. It also helps with clearing space due to unnecessary files. I highly recommend it to anyone! KH

Purchased an paid for anti virus product on the 25th April last, happy with product, later that same evening i received a second debit through my bank for a product i neither ordered or needed. Have sent multiple mails to customer service and billing Depts which have all gone ignored to date. Lee

No one seems willing to tell me what it's doing to my system. The hype says that it's doing a lot to save my computer from being infected and eliminating unneeded programs or whatever they are. I just don't like being in the dark. I want this program gone.
New Customer...first experience ordering anti virus protection. Instructions not thorough..left me hanging!!

I was not too pleased at first! After, downloading the free protection program, I filled out the necessary information and paid $19.99 for additional, protection coverage.
I never received any type of confirmation and never saw a scan!! .I did not even know if "TotalAV" had processed my order, and did not even receive a receipt showing my total charges!!
I ended up calling TotalAV phone number, only to receive a customer service agent who hardly spoke English and had heavy accent. I, still don't really know, what I did, but finally stumbled unto a page that got me to where, I needed to go, I ran the scan, and am now relieved knowing my computer is protected. Please send the receipt of what I was charged. Thank You.

I never expected that every time I use this app. I would get bombarded with advertisements for more of your products. If I wish to purchase more of your products I will look them up.

I installed TotalAV and immediately my PC became unusable, because TotalAV was collecting information from my PC. I run MalwareBytes and detected TotalAV as threat and virus. I removed it and my PC, and my computer was back to normal again. My PC is i7 with 16GB RAM and SSD drive.
Now I am trying to cancel my subscription with TotalAV and is absolute nightmare. I had to rebuild my PC and I think I must change my credit card in order to cancel this subscription.

upgraded the program to pro and after 2 days of scanning was clear of anything according to total AV,, I thought I should upgrade from MAcKeeper due I saw something funny program loaded to my system,,every time I remove it cam back,,the day after I installed this program I get hacked,,over $1000 out of my checking,,so no,,
