Far from being a moron, neither am I a Tech Wizard. TotalAV has been fun to install and use, but I'm at the mercy of good will and high ratings in relying on any software I introduce to the laptop. TotalAV didn't detect much intrusion after the first run, but I didn't expect it to, based on my use. That, however, is a foolish perspective. Every bad thing that happens was in some regard unprecedented or unexpected. I'm glad I have TotalAV, but at first its pop-up "We slayed another dragon!" notifications were as annoying as ads which spring up. Right or wrong, I no longer block ads because despite what experts -- including a friend who's an IT genius -- seem to agree upon, ads are partly why your Internet provider would look like a runt in c...더 보기
