Can't uninstall Kaspersky product; acts like malware

Tried the Kaspersky Security Cloud anti-virus (AV) program on recommendations from all over the web. It was a HUGE mistake - couldn't stop unwanted PC shut-downs after scan; difficult interface to navigate to turn features on or off > had to constantly search how-to posts to find what I was looking for; unwanted pop-ups & very intrusive web experience. The Kaspersky AV product felt like a bully, always in your face vs. an AV that runs behind the scenes, notifying you once in awhile that all is good, and immediately when things aren't. I decided to uninstall Kaspersky. Well, what a f&%*ing ordeal. The usual method of uninstalling the program wouldn't work; Kaspersky still there. Tried removing using regedit, still there. I made a payment of $40 US or $800 MXN. I live in Baja California Mexico, and made a mistake in there payment system and It charge my card $40 US or $800 MXN on Sept 11, 2021. I did not receive there product and ask for a refund. They told me in 2 to 7 business, your money will be back in your account. Today is Friday, Sept 24, 2021 and no refund. I called again today and they tell me the same thing 2 to 7 business days.

Using for over 5 years now with excellent performance. 8 systems ranging from desktop machines, laptops, and android (cell phones). Works well with open VPN systems running on both local (NZ) and during travel in a wide range of other countries with quite different levels of internet access. Do not typically use the Kaspersky VPN although it has worked OK when tried.
Run program with max security settings mostly and have not noticed any slowdown problems.
Have used Rescue disc prior to purchasing the program when McAfee failed to fully protect a desktop machine and also another time on a laptop. This was prior to 2016 when McAfee had a time of performing poorly and the excellent performance of Kaspersky was the reason for changing providers (Had been a very long time user of McAfee).

I am manoj i was using this Kaspersky total security for the last 1 year but for the last 3 months I was feeling like it's not working properly reason is today I have uninstalled this security and its working so fast, I felt very bad now for purchased this security,
After installing this security my system is working so fast, First I thought something went wrong with my system but now I come to know there is the whole thing is wrong with this security CD, I would like to inform everyone to don't purchase this CD or KASPERSKY TOTAL SECURITY CD

too high CPU use

I really like the Kaspersky protection, it makes me feel safe in the internet.
The only bummer is the extreme high use of CPU.during a full scan of my PC. CPU- use jumps up to a steady 85% - 98%, even 100% for moments, never under 80% while it runs.
I know that the scan needs a lot of CPU, but never this high! It started after the last update.

intenet speed horrible with kaspersky turned on

Al my pc's suffer a horrible internetspeed with Kaspersky turned on, it's like going back to the dial up modem era,... Havent found the cause (only turning off kaspersky solves it instantly, but thats not a good solution off course, so I grind my teeth every day in anger now)

Had major issues that left me unprotected, was ignored when contacted them via email.
Had to open a new ticket via their chat alternative every time I wanted to get help/respond to their questions via email. Never received a fix for the issue that I had.

In March 2021, I installed Kaspersky Security Cloud free and found it good. In April 2021, I installed Kaspersky Total Security 30 days trial and found it good. In May 2021, I bought Kaspersky Total Security and it's just awesome. Kaspersky is the best antivirus for detecting all kinds of malware, wonderful phishing protection, and unique safe money browser.

Terrible software and it doesn't uninstall from my computer. It can't be stopped via the task manager either. This company is an absolute fraud.

Of course you can't stop/kill it via Task Manager, otherwise Malware could do that too.
